If you're on a mobile device, look for a blue bar at the bottom of your screen that says Show Other Categories. Tap it to reveal the full category menu — including Photo Packages (the default view), Digital Downloads, and Class Photos. Simply tap the category you'd like to browse.

Yes, in most cases there are! On a mobile device, look for a small down arrow near the top of the screen. Tapping it will open a dropdown showing all available images for your child, which you can select and browse through.

Once you've opened your personalised ordering link, ordering is straightforward:
1. Browse the available packages or products using the category menu
2. Select the option you'd like and add it to your cart
3. Review your cart and proceed to checkout
4. Enter your delivery details and complete payment

Not to worry — links can sometimes end up in spam folders, or we may have a different email address on file. Email us at info@masterpiecephotography.co.nz with your child's name and the school they attend, and we'll get your link sorted.

Of course. Late orders need to be processed manually, so please email us at info@masterpiecephotography.co.nz with your child's name and school. Please note that a postage fee may apply for orders placed after the deadline.

You'll receive an automatic confirmation email as soon as your order is successfully placed. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder. If you still can't find it, get in touch and we'll confirm your order status.
